International Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SL Raw Virgin Hair, we are committed to transparent, reliable service. This policy outlines everything you need to know about when your order will ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect during peak periods or for made-to-order items.

Shipping FAQs

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Standard) or 12:00 PM EST (Express) are eligible to begin processing the same business day.

  • All orders require 1–2 business days to process, even Express.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times will begin processing the next business day.
  • We ship Monday–Friday only. No shipping or delivery on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Example: If you place an Express order on Wednesday at 2:54 PM EST, it begins processing Thursday and ships by Friday. Delivery is 1-2 business days after shipping.


A few collections may require 2 business days for processing before shipping:

Note: During holiday sales or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

International Shipping Estimates:

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

  • UPS Standard International Approx. 5–12 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited Approx. 2–5 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Express Approx. 1–3 business days

Slow-to-Ship Countries (3–8 weeks): UAE, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Brazil

Military Mail: APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take 15–20 business days.

We currently ship internationally through UPS and other trusted carriers.

Shipping availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is supported, shipping options will appear during the checkout process.

  • Business days = Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)
  • No shipping or delivery on weekends

Shipping Cutoff Times:

  • Standard: 3:00 PM EST
  • Express: 12:00 PM EST

Example: If you place an Worldwide Express order after 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, it will ship Thursday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

We currently ship to the following countries:

United States, Canada, Austria, United Kingdom, Australia, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Israel, Thailand, Belgium, Croatia, France, Greece, Greenland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Angola, Cape Verde, Liberia, South Africa, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, U.S. Outlying Islands, Argentina, Bolivia, Caribbean Netherlands, Colombia, Peru, New Zealand, Mexico, Ireland, and Georgia.

Pre-Order Items (I-Tips, Wefts, Tape-ins):

  • Processing Time: 10–14 business days
  • Then shipped via selected shipping method
  • Estimated arrival date shown via tracking details

Made-to-Order Wigs:

  • Processing Time: 21–30 business days
  • During holidays or backorders: Up to 45 business days
  • These items are final sale and will ship when ready.

International Orders:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for their own shipping costs, which vary by destination. You will see all available shipping options and rates at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility:
All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the package leaves our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. While we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers, we’re happy to assist with any claims or delivery issues that may arise.

If your country isn’t available as a shipping option during checkout, it likely means we do not currently ship to your location. This may be due to:

  • Excessively high import duties or customs clearance fees.
  • Limited courier coverage or elevated international shipping costs in region.

International Shipping & Delivery Policy 

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship internationally to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, South Africa, and more. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing Times

Most international orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.

During major sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

For custom hair orders, additional time may be required as payment clearance can take up to 1–2 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Fees

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Please note: Shipping upgrades and third-party courier fees are non-refundable.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our United States warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total.
These charges are set by your local government and must be paid to your local carrier upon delivery.

SL Raw Virgin Hair does not collect or reimburse any customs-related fees.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships (please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate).

Most packages do not require a signature unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Final delivery is handled by your country’s local postal or courier service. Delivery location decisions (e.g., mailbox vs. doorstep) are made at the courier’s discretion.

If you’ve experienced package theft or misdelivery, we highly recommend shipping to a secure location such as a work address, mailroom, or parcel locker.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Contact your local courier with the tracking number.
  2. Check with neighbors, mailrooms, or other secure areas.
  3. Email us at info@slrawvirginhair.com so we can document the incident.


SL Raw Virgin Hair is not liable for packages that show delivery confirmation but are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after reaching the shipping address provided.

Address Accuracy & Corrections

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, email info@slrawvirginhair.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after your order enters processing.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can:
- Reship it to the correct address (additional shipping charges apply), or
- Issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

Express shipping fees are non-refundable if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We ship to military addresses via USPS. Once received at the base, final delivery is handled by the military mail system. Delivery to APO/FPO destinations may take 15–20 business days or longer.

Things to Know Before You Order Internationally

Customs Delays & Duties:

SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or package rejections caused by unpaid customs duties, taxes, or incorrect delivery addresses.

Returns & Refunds:

International orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged. If you’re eligible for a refund, it will only be issued for items returned unused and within our return window. A restocking fee will apply.

Shipping Surcharges:

In some regions, additional shipping fees may apply due to remote location surcharges. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you before processing it.
